Terms of Service

Before deploying a server on Fastsshv2ray, you must accept the operational rules of our network. These Terms outline what you can and cannot do on our infrastructure.

1. Agreement to Terms

By connecting to our nodes, creating access payloads, or utilizing the Fastsshv2ray web portal ("the Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of this document, you must disconnect immediately. We reserve the right to amend these Terms; ongoing use implies continuous acceptance.

2. The Nature of the Service

Fastsshv2ray provisions free cryptographic tunneling environments—including SSH WebSocket, SSL, V2Ray (VMess/VLESS), Shadowsocks, and WireGuard. These tools are provided "as-is." We make zero guarantees regarding network speed, server uptime, or bypass efficacy. Servers may be rotated, rebooted, or sunsetted at our sole discretion.

3. Prohibited Activities (Zero Tolerance)

Our infrastructure is a shared resource. You are strictly forbidden from using our network to: (a) Launch DDoS attacks or port scans; (b) Distribute malware, phishing links, or spam; (c) Commit carding or financial fraud; (d) Engage in torrenting (P2P) on non-P2P designated servers. Violation results in automatic IP blacklisting.

4. Account Lifecycles

To prevent inactive accounts from hoarding resources, all created SSH and VPN profiles have a hard expiration date. We do not offer auto-renewal. When an account expires, it is permanently purged. You are welcome to generate a new account instantly via our portal once your current one expires.

5. Privacy Commitment

We respect your right to anonymity. We do not monitor your traffic payloads or log the websites you interact with. We purely monitor server-side bandwidth and connection counts to maintain stability. For an in-depth look at our data practices, review our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will the operators of Fastsshv2ray be held liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from you utilizing a proxy. This includes data loss, business interruption, or legal repercussions in your jurisdiction. You use our unmanaged network entirely at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property rights

The code, UI design, branding, and content of the Fastsshv2ray domain are exclusively ours. You cannot scrape, clone, or redistribute our server creation scripts or website assets without express written consent from the administrators.

8. Account Termination

We hold the absolute right to terminate individual connections, wipe accounts, or ban IP ranges instantly and without warning if we detect abnormal traffic patterns indicative of abuse, scraping, or terms violation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are bound by international cyber law conventions. In the event of a dispute, we prioritize good-faith resolution over litigation.
